Lake Como Sessions: The Classics: Our New Two-Track Album is Here

We are thrilled to announce the official release of our latest project: a two-track journey through late-night creativity and reimagined classics. The "Lake Como Sessions: The Classics" mini-album captures the essence of our home studio sessions—blending the warmth of analog instruments with the dusty textures of modern Lo-fi.

Track 1: "All Of Me" (Lo-fi Lake Como Edit)

For this track, we took the iconic jazz standard and stripped it down to its soulful core.

  • The Vibe: Imagine a rainy afternoon, a warm cup of coffee, and the smell of old vinyl.

  • The Gear: You’ll hear the Harley Benton Nashville Nylon providing a mellow rhythmic bed, while the Tenor Saxophone takes the lead with a breathy, intimate performance recorded through the Rode NT2-A.

  • The Magic: Everything was layered using the Boss RC-600, creating a natural, evolving soundscape that honors the original melody while finding a new home in the chillhop world.

Track 2: "Stand By Me" (Lakeside Lofi Version)

The second track is a deep dive into pure experimentation. This is where the multi-instrumentalist spirit really shines.

  • The Concept: A journey through textures. We started with a simple bass groove on the Harley Benton JB-62, added some ethereal keys from the AKAI MPK mini, and let the sax wander through a forest of reverb and delay.

  • The Learning Curve: This track represents our "personal challenge"—learning how to make different instruments "speak" to each other in real-time. It’s raw, organic, and 100% improvised.

Why Two Tracks?

We wanted to show the two sides of our musical identity: the respect for the Jazz tradition and the hunger for Electronic innovation. By pairing a known standard with an original soundscape, we’re inviting you to see how the past and the future of the saxophone can live together on the same playlist.
