We plan all multi-location transitions in advance so the music flows naturally between ceremony, drinks reception, and party areas. SAXONARA can coordinate directly with your venue manager or wedding planner to handle all multi-stage setups seamlessly.
I typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes before performance start time to set up, conduct soundchecks, and coordinate with your wedding coordinator.
